I got my start in political activism as an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and protections in the Midwest. After moving to Dallas,

 

I joined the Stonewall Democrats of Dallas where I serve on the board as the Communications Chair. I also serve as a Precinct Chair and Co-Chair of the Dallas County Democratic Party Local Elections Committee.
