Todd Hill
Secretary
Todd Hill (He/Him) is the Secretary of the Texas Stonewall Democratic Caucus. Professionally, Hill is the Senior Policy Program Manager on housing finance policy for a think tank in Washington, DC. For his distinguished service in government, Todd is recognized as a Honorary Admiral of the Texas Navy and a Honorary Colonel for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
For more than twenty years, Todd has been a political activist and leader in the Democratic Party and the LGBTQ+ community. Among other leadership roles, Hill is a co-founder and former President and Vice President of the Mid-Cities Democrats, served as Executive Director of the Tarrant County Young Democrats, and is a former two term President of Stonewall Democrats of Dallas.
In 2010, Todd graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Political Science, and in that same year was competitively selected to serve as a Bill Archer Fellow where he lived, learned, and performed an internship for a full academic semester in our nation’s capital. In 2020, Hill earned an MA in Public Affairs while completing the 6th cohort of the Executive Master in Public Leadership program from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
